Aerobics Program

Our Aerobics Program offers something for everyone, with over 30 “mainstream” and not-so-traditional classes per week.  Here at Casperkill you’re a valued memberof our family, not a nameless face in a herd of robo-cisers!   We offer traditional low and mixed impact Aerobics classes, challenging but not impossible strengthening and toning classes, and all types of interesting variations on Step Aerobics from our own unique “Step-lopedia.  Got sweat?  “Sizzlin’ Step” and “Cardio Fusion” are for all you Sweat Warriors who know that dry ain’t fly.  Want a motivating weight workout with maximal results in a class setting?  We’ve got just the ticket with our “the Gauntlet” and “I.P.o.D.” classes.  Switch gears with “Core Matters” for a Pilates-based core strengthening class, or “Reebok OnBoard” for core and more

All of our staff Instructors are nationally certified by ACE, AFAA, and /or Step Reebok.  Our classes are safe, effective, and fun!   (We put the fun in functional strength!) We offer classes throughout the day in our spacious, well-equipped Aerobics Studio from 6:00am to 6:15pm, with a special 90-minute combo “Cardio Fusion” & “I.P.o.D.” class at 9:00am on Saturdays.*  (*Note:  The first Saturday of the month features a “Yoga Progressions” class.)   These classes are available at no charge for our Health & Fitness members.  FYI, Annual Fitness memberships also include use of our outdoor pools!  Not a member but want to just take some classes?   We sell “Class Passes”

for only $7.00 per individual class, or $42.00 for a “Multi-ClassPass” which gives you 7 classes for the price of 6.  Such a deal!

We also offer “Zumba” and “Ballroom & Latin Dance” on our fee-based “Specialty Classes” menu.  The classes are open to members and non-members alike, with members receiving a discounted rate.  For dates, times and fees, justpick up a flyer in the Club.
