Aerobics Program
Our Aerobics Program offers something for everyone, with over
35 classes per week! Try “Core
Matters” for a Pilates-based core strengthening class,
or “Reebok
On Board”, using a Reebok Core Board. How about “Boot
Camp”, "Sizzlin’ Step” or “Power
Bars” for all of you sweataholics? Need a little spice
in your life? Try our “SalsaRobics”
for a little extra juice! All of these “Premium Classes”
are available at no charge for our Health
& Fitness members. Not a member but want to join in on the
“Premium Classes” listed above? Casperkill offers you
the ability to purchase single class or multiple classes pass for
a great price! At the cost of $5.00 per class or a multiple 5 class
pass for $25 with the 6th class on us, it’s a deal that you
can’t refuse! We have lots more traditional mixed and low-impact
aerobics and toning classes too, so we’ve got your needs covered.
Classes run through the day, starting at 6:00am and
run as late as 6:45pm weekdays, with a special 60 minute “Power
Hour” class on Saturdays for weekend warriors.
