Babysitting
As an amenity to our Health & Fitness members, Casperkill Country
Club provides free, limited baby-sitting in the Child Care Room
on our lower level. This service is available Monday and Wednesday
from 9:00am - 1:00pm and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00am to
12:00 noon, by reservation only. Reservations are accepted on a
first-come, first-served basis and must be made one (1) day in advance,
either in person at the Fitness Center or by calling (845) 463-6471.
To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for your children,
we request that you please honor the following policies:
- Maximum limit per hour:
Seven children total. No more than 2 infants under age one at
one time. If there are no infants scheduled, no more than 4 children,
one to two years of age at one time.
- Age limits:
Six months to eight years old. Infants younger than 6 months may
be brought to Aerobics classes, space permitting. Parents must
assume full responsibility for the baby and take the baby out
of class it the baby starts crying.
- Maximum time limit:
Each child may be placed in baby-sitting for no more than one
and a half hours per day. On school holidays, baby-sitting will
be limited to one hour only per child.
- Please bring a snack for your child. Label all snacks, drinks,
baby bottles, etc., with your child’s name.
- If your child wears diapers, please bring a plastic bag to take
home soiled diapers. The baby-sitting staff will notify you if
your child’s diaper needs to be changed.
- Please check in with the Fitness Center before bringing your
child down to the Child Care Room.
- Please be on time. If you cannot make it, please cancel your
reservation to open the time slot for someone else.
- Please do not bring your children in if they are sick.
- Each child must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian
on file at the child care room on or before their first visit.
A current health form must also be filled out and on file within
two weeks of the child’s first visit.
